Mentorship is different.

At Resilience Unbound, mentorship is rooted in lived experience. I don’t offer one-size-fits-all strategies or performance-based goals. I offer real conversation, grounded support, and personal insight from someone who has been there. Through trauma, burnout, PTSD, cancer, and the quiet work of rebuilding.

Where coaching often follows a set program, mentorship is more relational. It’s less about fixing, and more about walking alongside you as you reclaim what’s already within you. Your voice, your power, and your hope.

If you're looking for connection, authenticity, and someone who truly understands the weight you’re carrying, mentorship may be exactly what you've been looking for.

About Me

I’m Jenny Roseman, founder of Resilience Unbound, a U.S. Air Force veteran, 9/11 Pentagon first responder, and a survivor of military sexual trauma, bilateral breast cancer at 40, and living with PTSD.

I spent years in survival mode. Navigating trauma, illness, and the quiet work of simply making it through. Through those experiences, I came to understand that healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken, but about remembering what’s still whole.

I created Resilience Unbound to be the space I once needed: grounded, authentic, and compassionate. I’m here not to direct your path, but to walk beside you, as someone who understands the weight you carry and the strength you already have.
